Design of Document Control System for Incoming and Outgoing Spare Parts in The Co-generation System (CGS) Area Using Kaizen and The PDCA (plan, do, check, and act) Method

The motivation for this study is to improve the organization of spare parts storage area in CGS unit. Previously, there was no system controlling entry and exit stored goods, leading disorganization. researcher sought address issue by developing control documents establishing a well-organized incoming outgoing goods. research methodology based on principles Kaizen PDCA employs various tools, including stock card sheets, summary SOP sheets. developed document that effectively regulates goods’ unit’s implementing these tools. Overall, successfully has significantly improved area, proven decrease number errors occur 80%. ensured goods are managed documented, better-organized area.
